About Simonette Vaja

A brief introduction -

As a trauma-informed psychologist I have worked extensively supporting people who care for others. This has been with individual support, attending critical incidents at workplaces and coaching managers and leaders about mental health and psychological safety.

Leading mental health and wellbeing programs through listening deeply to each of the people I meet. I have listened to people share their struggles and demonstrate their courage in forging ahead. People from all walks of life striving to support their families and live meaningful lives.  I love to bring people together where they feel safe to explore the inside - out and share their life stories. To feel nourished and replenished from each encounter.

I am replenished when in nature and I love to move between the mountains and the ocean of NSW where I live and work.  Spending time in the beauty of nature restores my whole being and nourishes me so that I can contribute in my professional vocation all matters mental health and wellbeing.
