Developing successful work-teams

• Three hour interactive presentation plus two hour follow up.
  

This is a skills based course designed to build positive and genuine relationships within work-teams. Thus allowing for synergy and improving the basis for creative and productive performance.

Introducing research based, best practice models that identify key levels of communication - including reference to "unconscious bias" which is detrimental and inhibits  any positive flow on effects. 

Participants' will practice these communication skills in triads and have an opportunity for personal direction and feedback. These advanced communication skills are a prerequisite for sustaining productive and synergistic teams.
